Contribution InformationMFOFC is comprised of 5 regional chapters and is a grassroots coalition of individuals with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses and their families. We believe that supports for individuals and families can be more flexible and better designed to respond to the actual needs people have. We are actively organizing families and individuals to use the power of our numbers to create positive change. For the past 17 years we have provided support through our Family Leadership Trainings, various conferences, workshops and forums to inform and educate individuals, families and community members about advocacy, services and local, state and federal resources. Members of MFOFC have written and passed legislation to create statewide policy and practice for individual and family support. Your donation is vital in helping MFOFC continue to grow. Would you please show your support by sending us your tax-deductible contribution? Ways to contribute to MFOFC:
Does your employer participate in a matching gifts program? Check with your employer's human resource department to see if your company matches gifts. You could double or possibly triple your donation to MFOFC. Thank you. Yours truly, MFOFC Officers and Board of Directors
